Sources for my Paper "κατα της τελευτης" or "On Death"

I wrote this paper for a course I took in Winter 2010 at OSU on Plato.  Scarily, it was our only grade!  I may post edited versions of the paper if I make them.  Posted below are links to references I collected for use on the paper.  I didn't end up citing every single one (the ones I did cite are listed in the paper itself), but you'll see that most of them are there, and I read all of them.  The paper is a dialogue, so the conversation kinda went where it went, and I didn't get to touch on everything.  Some sources I tracked down at the last minute for off-hand comparisons with info already in my head, so these may not be here.  Thus, the list is reasonably complete, but not completely, though all the philosophy links should be here.  The SEP links are the dynamic ones, and not the permanent ones listed in the paper.  The books linked here are all available in whole or in part on Google Books (mostly in part).
